The following experience is not related to engineering in the specific sense, but it is still an opportunity that came to me while I was working as an engineer.

My proudest moment was having the opportunity to design and deliver a training course for bosses in my company. I had to put together a role-playing training, where everyone taking part had a script with lines to read and a costume!

The story was actually quite sad; it was about an operator falling from height at one of our power stations and all of the events that take place afterwards. I had the opportunity to work with some great leaders in my company and deliver my training course with them. It was a great success and I got really good feedback scores. The course is still running right now and is still a big surprise to all participants.

Seeing the MRI magnet I had helped to develop being used in hospital for scanning patients. That was amazing to feel I had a hand in making this happen. Regards Robin
