Not doing a PhD when young, but that is a minor regret. You rarely really regret the things that you do do, but usually really regret the things you don’t do. regards Robin

I’m still really early in my career so I don’t have any regrets about it yet.

I don’t think I have any regrets really. I’m gald I went to the university I went to (although I nearly did’t because I didn’t think I was good enough). I’m glad I’ve worked for the companies I have worked for. I’m glad I did my doctorate a few years after starting work, and did it mostly work based. I’m glad i took a bit of time out to have a family and I’m glad I managed to work part-time after having kids without really slowing down my career. When I look back over the last 20 years since leaving uni, I can see how my work, my experiences, my decisions and my life have brought me to be who I am and where I am today and I love it!
