• Question: Do you think you would like designing wepons for the sake of the safety of your country knowing it could harm people?

      Personally I think I would find it difficult, so I won’t be looking for any jobs in that area. Safety is extremely important but I am more focussed on energy security and protecting people by keeping the planet safe I guess.

      Someone said that to keep the peace you have to walk quitely carrying a big stick. The weapons of the world are those sticks and it is a sad fact of life that we have found no better way of keeping the peace we have. I would not want to work on weapons deveopment directly but have worked on parts of the aeroplanes that the RAF have. (the Hawk and the Tornado)
