• Question: Apart from your job now, what is your desired job ever to be?

      @livmasonpearson: Clever question, and I think I am most tempted to be a University Lecturer. A few years ago this was a great job if you enjoyed teaching and have experience, but now the Universities are so high pressure that there is very little time to do the research which is what I would enjoy doing.       My job now is pretty good – I get to do what I want and I have the flexibility to really enjoy it. But if I was going to do something completely different I would open a cafe selling lots of homemade cakes and biscuits in a village by the seaside!
